Custom Baldur's Gate Non-Player Character Item.

Created so that Osprey can keep her following bonuses as she levels up [they reset to default 'gains' if not]:
+2 bonus to Level One Mage Spell Memorization.
+4 bonus to Paralyze / Poison / Death Saving Throws.
